How We Will Work Together

The work with you begins with a consultation.

In this meeting, we’ll talk about your business, its purpose, performance, and what you’d like to achieve.

I will review any material about your business that you’d like to share.

Based on this first meeting, we will make three decisions. First, we’ll decide if I can help you. If I believe your needs can be better satisfied by another vendor, I will be the first one to let you know.

Second, it’s important for us to agree that there’s a good fit. If not, I am happy to offer you a referral to someone else.

Finally, we will decide which issues I would work on, what value you can expect, the schedule for our work together, and the cost. I will write up a summary of our discussion and outline a plan for our work together.

And once we agree on the objectives, value, and cost, I will do what it takes to get the job done. You’ll get the total picture of your investment before I start the project.

I know that IT expenditures are generally a major investment and at times can seem risky. Because of that, you’ll never get any pressure to make a decision before you’re ready.

You should ask questions until you feel good about making the investment.
